How to Use the Punch List App
Get from download to your first punch list item logged in under five minutes:
Download and Sign In
Download the SnaggingTrack app from the App Store or Google Play. Sign in with your account credentials, or create a new account directly in the app.
Create or Open a Project
Select an existing project or create a new one. Add the project details, upload floor plans if available, and configure your punch list categories.
Start Logging Punch List Items
Tap the + button to add a new punch list item. Enter the description, take a photo, set the location and trade, and assign priority. Takes under 20 seconds per item.
Assign to Subcontractors
Assign items to your subs directly from the app. They receive a notification and can view their assigned items, upload completion photos, and mark items done from their own device.
Generate Your Closeout Report
When the punch list is complete, generate a professional PDF report from the app or web dashboard. Share with the owner or GC for final sign-off.
